Security Consulting and Executive Protection

Garuna Group provides security consulting, executive protection planning and risk assessments for organizations, executives and private clients. We assess the client’s people, locations, routines and credible threats, then recommend practical controls in order of priority. Work can include vulnerability reviews, access control, surveillance planning, emergency procedures and protective operations.

Our security advisors include former military, police, United Nations and protective-security professionals with experience in Canada and international high-risk environments. The team assigned depends on the location, threat profile and licensing requirements of the engagement.

Practical security • proportionate response
Executive Protection

Executive protection begins with the person, itinerary, locations and credible threats. We build an appropriate team and plan for movements, venues, communications, medical contingencies and coordination with local security or authorities.
Enhanced Security Assessments & Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED)

We review the site, its use, incident history and credible threats, then prioritize physical, procedural and technology improvements. Recommendations may include CPTED measures, access control, surveillance, emergency procedures and staff practices. Where a grant or standard applies, we identify the relevant requirements without promising eligibility or funding.
Counter Surveillance & Security Intelligence

Counter-surveillance work starts with a specific concern and threat assessment. Depending on the facts, we can review routines, exposure points and signs of hostile observation, and coordinate qualified technical specialists for TSCM work where appropriate.
Remote CCTV Monitoring & AI-Powered Video Analytics

Remote monitoring can support a wider security plan for commercial or private property. We assess camera coverage, alert rules, response procedures, privacy requirements and who is responsible for each escalation. Video analytics may assist review, but trained people and clear procedures remain essential.
