DH brings a specialized educational background and developed expertise in communication skills, human behavior, and social dynamics. This academic foundation, combined with decades of real-world investigative practice, provides a deep understanding of how interviewers must strategically plan, execute and evaluate interviews — core competencies that underpin effective investigative interviewing.
