AJ is a subject-matter expert in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), cultural intelligence, and cross-cultural sensitivity as it applies to workplace investigations and organizational strategy. He brings a unique combination of academic insight, law enforcement training, and military leadership to his consulting practice.

AJ is currently a Professor in the Specialized Academic Certificate Program in Inclusive Leadership Practices at a Toronto-based college, where he delivers courses on inclusive workplace cultures, global citizenship, and inclusive leadership models. His academic foundation has positioned him to advise corporations and large non-profit organizations across Ontario on DEI integration, cultural competency, and inclusive investigative frameworks.

AJ began his professional journey as a Police Officer, receiving formal training in undercover foundations. He continued to serve as an Officer in the Canadian Armed Forces Primary Reserve, where he upheld the CAF’s core values of duty, loyalty, integrity, and courage. His background also includes roles in corporate security and executive management, with specialized expertise in Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED).

Academically, AJ is a Doctoral candidate at the University of Western Ontario. He holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration with a specialization in Migration and Ethnic Relations, an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, and a Bachelor of Arts in Finance and Cross-Disciplinary Studies.

AJ consults on DEI strategy, cultural intelligence, and inclusive investigative practices, delivering tailored guidance to organizations navigating complex, diverse workplace dynamics.
