Todd is a senior security and risk management leader with more than three decades of experience spanning law enforcement, threat prevention, and enterprise risk mitigation. His work has consistently focused on protecting people, securing assets, and strengthening organizational resilience in complex and high-risk environments.
Todd served 31 years with Peel Regional Police, where he specialized in intelligence, organized crime, armed robbery response, criminal investigations, and crisis communications. His operational and leadership experience shaped a pragmatic, evidence-based approach to risk—grounded in real-world incidents, rapid decision-making, and preparing teams to perform under pressure.
He later held a senior executive role at a global risk consultancy focused on Emergency Response as a Service (ERaaS), where he led the development and launch of a SaaS platform designed to enhance personal safety and asset protection through exception-based alerting. The platform enabled real-time escalation to law enforcement and search-and-rescue, supporting both cargo recovery and emergency response for individuals in crisis.
Todd has delivered specialized robbery response and threat awareness training to frontline personnel across retail, financial services, transportation, and pharmacy sectors. His programs emphasize behavioral awareness, threat recognition, and practical response techniques tailored to high-risk operational roles. Currently, Todd drives the adoption of advanced satellite-enabled asset tracking solutions, helping organizations improve supply chain visibility and safeguard assets in remote and challenging environments.
Todd also serves as a Canadian Board Member for the International Supply Chain Protection Organization (ISCPO), where he advances best practices in supply chain security and fosters collaboration across industry and law enforcement.
Todd’s mission remains clear: to help organizations anticipate threats, protect critical assets, and respond with confidence when it matters most.
